I do my Cardio on Empty Stomach in the morning and some times i also do abs with weights, my usual breakfast meal is : 7 raw egg whites, 40 g whey, .5 cup oats.
my Q is should i add 40 g Dextrose since i worked out my abs with weights?!1 :scratch:

But since they're such a small muscle group I don't think it matters all that much...
Right, it's more of a "shaping" movement and doesn't really require glycogen replinishment to any significant degree, so you can do them after cardio if you wish.

correct me if im wrong but i was told that uncooked egg whites are toxic to the body?
maybe not in one or two but in alot like say 10?
plus salmonella is found in uncooked egg whites regularly
I'd never eat 'em raw that's for sure! Also, cooking makes them more bio-available to the body for absorption purposes.
