I'd have bacon and eggs, sure, but you have to ditch the tortilla!

Bacon is mostly bad cause it's pretty rich in fats. And animal fats are never good after thermal exposure, although you need some even when cutting.

I woudn't ditch the bacon, but try not to eat any carbs for a couple of hours. Even though you're cutting, I don't think the 400Kcal from a 100gr slice of bacon will mess up your, I' guess, 2000-3000Kcal routine.

How about Egg whites throw a few Yolks in there and add some cheese! That's my pro/fat breakfast. Delicious I might add. Bacon shouldn't be too bad in moderation, you needs fats when cutting, just make sure you are getting healthy fats as well.

Have some oatmeal or a plain bagel.....ur burn the carb intake off from the bagel during the day anyway.....

Take Flax oil for your fats when cutting.....I wouldn't rely on bacon as my fat source....

Bacon and eggs is a staple of mine when cutting.

Not sure why people think it's worse than any other fat/protein meal.

As long as you are ingesting healthy fats as well during the day like almonds/flax oil/omega blends/olive oils, etc., there is absolutely nothing wrong with it.

Then again, what do I know?

Oatmeal yes but how could you advise a plain bagel which is nothing but pure sugar. Nothing to start the day like a massive Insulin spike.

    Neither would I.

Funny, he suggests avoiding bacon, but then suggests using one of the highest gi processed carbs available.

Hay bro im just curious why you would need saturated fat while cutting
Or are you referring to the fat acting as a protein sparer....?
