    comments on my diet?

Okay so a bodybuilding friend of mine told me that if i really wanna drop bf quickly I should go on a no carb diet.

I have 4 weeks left of test prop/winstrol /eq and im finishing that up. I am also taking 4 weeks worth of stacker 3 *with ephedra*

I am doing 30 minutes of moderate intensity cardio in the morning on an empty stomach.

So I am about 5 days into my no carb diet....eating just massive amounts of protein and moderate amounts of fat and am planning on just running this no carb diet for 30 days. I am 235 pounds at ~13% bf.

Is this a good sound diet for quick BF reduction with minimal muscle mass loss? How much bodyfat do you guys think I would lose in this month?

some carbs are essential for pwo meals....

i wouldn't recommend a "no carb" diet, but maybe a "low carb" diet.

Keto diets suck for the best chance at a true body composition change for the better.

To each his own however, this is just my opinion.

Also, while on all that gear, not taking in any carbs is a really HORRID idea.

Your bodybuilding buddy should have explained to you why he thinks this is a good idea for you.
