I'm getting married next Friday. I've been on a low carb diet since May 1. I lost 19 lbs. Now I am feeling quite depleted and I'm starting to struggle in the gym. I was thinking of carbing up starting on Monday. My primary goal is to keep my face looking the way it does right now, thin. Do you think I might retain more water in the face by carbing up? Or maybe I should stay on the low carb diet. I'm not sure what to do. Any thoughts?
