    should I carb up for my wedding?

    I'm getting married next Friday. I've been on a low carb diet since May 1. I lost 19 lbs. Now I am feeling quite depleted and I'm starting to struggle in the gym. I was thinking of carbing up starting on Monday. My primary goal is to keep my face looking the way it does right now, thin. Do you think I might retain more water in the face by carbing up? Or maybe I should stay on the low carb diet. I'm not sure what to do. Any thoughts?

    watch the water bloat, just introduce them slowly... congrats by the way... all the best to ya brotha!!!

    Thanks Justin. Like I said, I feel depleted and that my muscles are flat. I would love to fill out my muslces a bit. But I don't want my face to fill out too. I was gonna add a moderate amount of low GI carbs into the mix and take some fats out of my diet so I don't put on anymore bodyfat.

    You could do that, yes, and do so slowly over the course of the weeks.
