Whats the dosage of the ECA stack? I just ordered some and its says to take 1 tab every 4-6 hours? Im thinking taking the ephedra and caff later in the evening will cause me to have trouble sleeping no? BTW im not a big guy by any means(23 170lbs 16bf). I've read 50mg a day is good enough. What do you guys recommend?
