You need cheat days physically and mentally.. Honestly, after I cheat, I usually get better workouts the next few days...

I am with you on that, although i feel bloated and don't really feel my best, by the time i hit the gym i almost always end up tearing shit up.

Going to do legs in a few hours and i had my cheat yesterday, i have felt a bit rough today but i am sure when it comes time to squat its gonna be a daisy.

Guilt on cheat days is a thing of the past, that's why we all love our precious cheat days, keeps us sane. Feeling bloated and sorta crappy is common and I wouldn't worry about it. Like someone posted above I usually have a great workout the next day after a cheat day.

If you feel so bad about eating "crap", take those extra kalories from good food. Make some hot tortillas with sauce or eat couple of extra protein bars. When I was dieting I did go eat in restaurang once a week. Chinese food is my favourite and also some kebab with rice. Training should be good becouse of extra energy from karbohydrates.
