Diet w/o AAS-- Input
When you guys are dieting withOUT any AAS, how do you do your cardio? AM, AM after shake, pm, after workout etc?
When on AAS, I do mine first thing in the AM on an empty stomach--not sure if that is smart without anything in my system
(I usually only diet when on something, but I need some time off and I want to continue my fat loss diet if possible without too much muscle loss)

I have many of my natural clients do cardio a.m. on empty and it works very well.
The key is to have a nutritional approach that supports the desired outcome.
