Feel Like I Just ate my Last Meal!
Well, tomorrows the big day for me. Starting a 16 week cutting program and I just ate like a friggen pig in anticipation of a rough road ahead of me.
You guys would be disgusted if you saw what I ate but I just said fukk it! I have to get this out of my system before tomorrow. Started the day with eggs benedict and finished it with Pad Thai noodles a pint of Stella and then a soft ice cream cone. I feel full and bloated now but that's okay, I'm not going to feel guilty.
Wish me luck...and stay tuned for my dreaded before pics, I think it'll help keep me motivated.

Total for the day. But I didnt get up until 12:00 I was actually so embarassed I wasnt going to even post what i ate but whatever... I'm sure people have done worse.

And at least it will keep me motivated for morning cardio tomorrow. Nothing worse than Monday morning cardio.

I hear ya SK....I was Earl's and did up 2 orders of shrimp rolls, a margherita pizza, and 3 Stellas.

Thanks guys. Today is the first day and I feel pretty damn good (I know that wont last though, I just love food too damn much!)
Gonna take my before pics and my measurements and then start a journal to keep you guys updated on my progress. I think thats the only way I'll stay fully motivated for the next 16 weeks.

Oh trust me it was bad. It was one continuous cheat for the whole weekend. I ate whatever I wanted including ribs, wings, peanut m & m's, whatever. I just finished the weekend off with what I was still craving. Shitt, I probably just increased my fat loss goal by an extra 5lbs!

Good luck SK. I am currently cutting and its hell. Up at 4am to do 1hrs cardio then not eating until 7am and then just an egg white omelette, small meals through the day of protein and of to the gym for some isolation training, then last thing at night some bran flakes to remove it all from my system.
But remember those cheat days. “Yippee”
Stick with it is worth it
