    cutting diet critique

here is my cutting diet which i have started as of today

    DETAILS

    currently 200lbs 13.8% bodyfat
would like to get down to 8% bodyfat and lower
    preferabley staying at 200lbs
    currently running tren /prop/var/clen /eph
on non workout days my diet is the same but without the pwo shake so carbs are only 90g on non workout days

Meal 1: Pro Shake with flax (POST CARDIO)

    Pro: 50g, Fat 15g

    Meal 2:
    75g Oats, 20g Whey + 4 egg whites

    Pro 50g, Fat 6g, Carb 45g

Meal 3 Chicken slad and mayo

    Pro 50g, Fat 15g

    WORKOUT

    Meal 4 PWO Shake

    Pro 50g, Dex 100g

    Meal 5 chicken + 50g rice/pasta

    Pro 50g, Fat 3g, Carb 40g

Meal 6: 3 low fat sausages + 4 egg whites

    Pro 50g, Fat 15g, Carb 4g

    Meal 7 shake with flax

    Pro 50g, Fat 15g

    TOTAL

    PRO: 350g
    CARB: 190g
    FAT: 69g

    approx 3,200 Calories

    QUESTIONS

    1. I have just finished bulking is it ok to jump straight in to this low carb diet or should i lower my carbs slowly?

    2. how do my carbs look? is 90g too low for a non workout day?

    3. stupid question but how many calories in 1g of fat
i know that its 4kcal per 1g of pro and 7kcal for carb
but i keep finding diffferent answers for fat, is it 7 or 9?

    4. any opinions in general

    thanks in advance

    1. Lower the carbs slowly, you'll keep more of your gains that way

    2. ok

    3. 4kcal for 1g of carb and pro, 9 for fat

    4. diet looks real good, if anything I'd say replace the last meal with cott. ch. because it will last longer during the night, but some are against it while cutting
