cutting diet critique
here is my cutting diet which i have started as of today
DETAILS
currently 200lbs 13.8% bodyfat
would like to get down to 8% bodyfat and lower
preferabley staying at 200lbs
currently running tren /prop/var/clen /eph
on non workout days my diet is the same but without the pwo shake so carbs are only 90g on non workout days
Meal 1: Pro Shake with flax (POST CARDIO)
Pro: 50g, Fat 15g
Meal 2: 75g Oats, 20g Whey + 4 egg whites
Pro 50g, Fat 6g, Carb 45g
Meal 3 Chicken slad and mayo
Pro 50g, Fat 15g
WORKOUT
Meal 4 PWO Shake
Pro 50g, Dex 100g
Meal 5 chicken + 50g rice/pasta
Pro 50g, Fat 3g, Carb 40g
Meal 6: 3 low fat sausages + 4 egg whites
Pro 50g, Fat 15g, Carb 4g
Meal 7 shake with flax
Pro 50g, Fat 15g
TOTAL
PRO: 350g
CARB: 190g
FAT: 69g
approx 3,200 Calories
QUESTIONS
1. I have just finished bulking is it ok to jump straight in to this low carb diet or should i lower my carbs slowly?
2. how do my carbs look? is 90g too low for a non workout day?
3. stupid question but how many calories in 1g of fat
i know that its 4kcal per 1g of pro and 7kcal for carb
but i keep finding diffferent answers for fat, is it 7 or 9?
4. any opinions in general

its 4 kcal for carbs and 9 kcal for fat

i tried going straight on to this diet and couldnt do it (was too hungry) so decided to lower carbs slowly like you said
only 4kcal per 1grm of carbs?
i always thought it was 7
can anyone verify?

at the moment i'm cutting my carbs weeks by week, and starting slowly with the cardio
when my carbs are cut all the way and i'm doing cardio 5x a week i shall add the eca/clen
prob in about 3 weeks
