Anything else?
So me my buddy are starting up in body building. and we don't know too much about it. however he was wanting to start using Clen for his weight problem. He's 5"8 and 198lbs. Now when using Clen is there something else he needs to use while taking it?

He needs to use cardio and a very impeccable dietary approach for months on end w/weight training as well to support lean mass, or else clen is going to do about as much good as two chicks w/no dicks.

Will stacking T3 and using clen better the job and quicken the results?

Or maybe since he is new at this just stick to the cardio, dieting, training and clen?

don't do t3 unless you have researched it and plan on running at least a low dose of aas with it.
how about getting a solid diet and cardio program for a few months steady and then see where you are at.
