i have been bulking for 5 weeks using high carbs (500g approx)
with 400g protein
and i now want to cut
ultimately i am aiming for 190g carbs on my workout days and 100g less on non workout days
can i go straight from the bulking diet to the cutter or should i reduce the carbs/calories gradually
if gradually, by how much a day/week?
