    What Cardio would you do??

    Quick question guys...

    I am sold on the morning cardio on empty... I have seen some great results.

    Thing I am curious about is....what is second best? Like, what if you are trying to help someone who flat will not get up for morning cardio? Or they have to get up at 5:30AM each morning to go to work so they "don't have time"....


    What cardio would you prescribe? HIIT a couple times a week? Still 65-75 MHR cardio, just later in the day(but as afar away from lifting as possible)?

    I realize that by not doing morning cardio the individual might not be dedicated enough anyways....but I am still curious.

    not every1 has to love this lifestlye...some only want a part of it...

    heres wut i would tell them to do..
    -3 hrs after last pro/fat meal
    -far away from workout as possible...If not.....then after workout....

    After workout, conditions are very similar to the conidtions of early morning (fasted state)

    IMHO, never after a workout no. Not a fan of mixing aerobics w/anaerobics as the outcome hours after each of the is TOTALLY different. (what you want to happen the hours after each one of them I should say)

    I'd do the cardio in the early evening, same duration/low-med intensity as would be the morning session, and do so on an OFF day from training. (this means you can't do cardio daily, but if one needs to then he/she should get his/her ass up early each day!)


    Eat at like 8, 10:30, 12:30, 3:00, and do the cardio at 6:00 p.m. until 6:45, then eat at 7:30 or so........

    That would work. Make the 3:00 p.m. meal a LIQUID fat/pro one, and you're good to go.
