eggs cooked night before
are eggs safe to eat if cooked the night before. is so then are they any good. i start work early and work long hours. right now i eat them hard boild with hot sauce.

Like I said in another thread........every Sunday night I make about 50 hard boiled eggs..........I eat 10/day for breakfast
just keep them in the frig they last all week.....
been doing this for the last 18 months never ever had a problem with the eggs going bad or anything..

Hard boilded eggs can last for days in the fridge, better if kept in water. scrambled and sunny side up, hell no, thats just nasty.
