Ran out of Protein...Any way to make your own weight gainer?

Ok. I ran out of protein for about 2 more days...I have to wait for my protein hook up to come through so I don't have to pay the ridiculous regular price. I was kinda wondering if theres any way I can consume the same cals/pro/carbs by making my own weightgainer from products I have at home?

    Thanks

What products do you have at home bruh?

Are you looking for a weight gainer, or just other sources of protein?

Damn, if anyone responded to this I'm glad it was you...lol

I usually take NLarge 2...600 cals, 86g carbs, 52g protein and I add a scoop of whey which is 29g extra.

I got everything at the house and trust me...what I don't have I will go out and buy right now.

So what do you think I can work with SC?

If it's quite harder to make the WG I will settle for the protein source as long as I get enough in you know? The last day or two I've been basically stuffing myself to the point that I don't even feel good.

That's why I was like let me get on here and ask if I can make some kind of shake with products I got at home.

I would NOT recommend raw eggs or whites.

Reasoning behind that we don't have to cover again.

I'd just use a good protein powder and some healthy fats, and include as much of each one as you wish. You can also make a protein/carb offering using oats as well, just grind them up and put them in your shake.

Well, let's make sure we are on the same page.

Are you talking about true RAW EGG WHITES, or pasteurized egg whites?

bump...also like I said SC. I'm stuck with no protein powder at all.

That's why I'm having such a hassle brotha. I would think eggs would do the trick. Since you're advising not to mess with eggs let me know what else I can substitute?

Oh shit, sorry, my bad I forgot that the issue was NO protein powder!

Hmmm, well, I'd either get the pasteurized egg whites and use those for shakes, perhaps some cottage cheese, or just say screw it and use real solid food for all meals. Fire up the grill, get some nice lean steaks, and cook them all up. Nothing beats a great steak off the grill, then fill in the trimmings to your desire. It's only 2 days, so it can't be that bad.

Bro, I've been doing the solid food thing. I trained back yesterday and I felt like crap.

I need to have at least 2 shakes. I'm glad you said pastuerized eggs is cool. That's exactly what I'm gonna use.

Thanks SC and the rest of you fellas. You never seem to let me down.
