Baking powder and protein shakes
Just discovered that baking powder in protein shakes make them VERY creamy and they taste ****ing awsome.
But would it have any negative consequenses to drink baking powder often.
The 2 ingredietns in the baking powder I use is
disodiumdophosphate and sodiumbicarbonate
I think also that baking soda has a high ph so it would work kind of as a antiacid? I know sodiumbicarobate is a antiacid but I think the disodiumdiphosphate is acidic. Anyway would there be anything negative from this? I mean baking powder is everywhere in bread so it cant be harmfull right?

Comes in handy when you run out if baking powder.....lets say on a cheat day when you are making your grandma's special waffle recipie and about to devour 10 of them but you have no baking power!
