What Cardio would you do??
Quick question guys...
I am sold on the morning cardio on empty... I have seen some great results.
Thing I am curious about is....what is second best? Like, what if you are trying to help someone who flat will not get up for morning cardio? Or they have to get up at 5:30AM each morning to go to work so they "don't have time"....
What cardio would you prescribe? HIIT a couple times a week? Still 65-75 MHR cardio, just later in the day(but as afar away from lifting as possible)?
I realize that by not doing morning cardio the individual might not be dedicated enough anyways....but I am still curious.
