    predominately liquid diet

    do you think this would be a good way to shock my body,...i know hte best protein comes from an actual food source but with work and all i feel i can do this really easy and would get exactly what i need for a cutting diet
    meal 1 Protein shake blended with 1/4 cup oats
    meal 2 ptoein shake with flax
    meal 3 protein shake with carrots
    meal 4 PWO protwin shake wiht dex
    meal 5 protein shake blended wiht 1/4 cup oats and carrots
    meal 6 protein shake with flax

    5'10 176 14-15% bf

    no.... i read that in some magazine and this BB said he did that and he started losing alot muscle and he realized it was because all he had for protein was liquid protein

    what would be the max amount of liquid protein meals ? in say 6 meals perday

    Besides your metabolism slowing, you'll be spending so much time in the shitter you won't have much time left for anything else. LOL

    Im doing a all shake diet and works good for me. Or well on rest days I do all shakes(meat maby 1-2 twice a week on these days). On workout days I eat 2 solid meals with beans, lentils, brown rice.

    But I make sure to get ALOT of fibers everyday. I chug down insane ammounts of flax seed. I also eat a mouthfull of sprouts before every shake. Dropping weight very good and gaining strenght so cant complain. Can control hunger better this way to.

    But my reason for doing this is purely economical and I would prefer 1-2 solid meals every day.

    You need to watch out for deficiences, supplement with super foods, minerals, vitamins the whole works.

    so 3 days every week is all shakes. 3 days is 3-4 shakes a day with 2 solid meals and 1 day is my cheat day.

    Dropping roughly 2ibs every week right now it seems like. Dont know how long it will keep up

    its a ****ing boring diet thought when the only thing I have to look foward to is unflavored whey but one becomes damn good at mixing good shakes

    My favorite right now is to put a bit of cocoa, a shitload of sweeteners and a good amount of bicarbonate and mix that. Ohh so creamy. Or pear tasting concentrated sugarfree lemonade along with a avacado and 100 grams of whey that rocks

    The danger I think is that most would forget about fibers and things like that. That aint good, healthy or benifical to fatloss in anyway so its not just shakes.

    No telling either how long it will work.....
