Salmon question
Is it necessary to have a fat source with salmon to make it a pro/fat meal? I know salmon contains a good amount of healthy fats. Is it necessary to take with it almonds or natty pb or any type of other EFA's to make it a pro/fat meal? Could you eat just the salmon as a pro/fat meal?

true Salmon already contains good amount of fatty acids, but i always eat some nuts with it (almonds, walnuts or hazlenut).
if u wanna eat just salmon alone, make sure u get a cut that contains enough fats in it.

All of these questions can be answered by using a tool such as calorieking.com or fitday.com or on the food label that comes on the food, how can anyone here be able to tell you if you cut of meat has enough fat. The ratio's of Pro to fat are different for each person only you know how much fat or pro you need depending on Your macro's!
