Newest Diet
Getting bigger CLEAN:
Meal 1:
15 tbpn Egg Whites : 25g protein
1 Scoop Nectar Protein Powder: 25g protein
1 1/2 packets oatmeal: 8g protein 46g carbs
Meal 2:
Tuna 36g protein 2g fat
1 Scoop Mayo 9g fat
1 String cheese stick 5g fat 5g protein
Meal 3:
6oz Chicken Breast 48g protein
1 tbpn ketchup (i can't stand plain chicken) 6g carbs
1/3 Cup Couscous 46g carb
Meal 4:
Tuna 36g protein 2g fat
1 Scoop Mayo 9g fat
1 String cheese stick 5g fat 5g protein
Meal 5:
2 Scoops Nectar Protein 50g protein
1/2 Cup Dextrose 75g carbs i believe
Meal 6:
6oz Breaded chicken breast (i needed some flavor)
1/4 cup rice 23g carbs (i figure im getting the rest of the carbs out of the bread on the chicken?)
