Are these good pro/fat meals?
Are these good pro fat meals?
1. Steak
2. 1 3-4 oz chicken breast and 1 tbsp. of Natty PB or 26 almonds
3. Salmon
4. 7 oz. of tuna mixed with 1 tbsp. of full fat mayo and salt+pepper
5. Micellean shake (2 scoops) mixed with 2 cups of fat free Carb Countdown dairy beverage (6g of carbs) and 1 tbsp of flax oil with lignansLast edited by Tommy Gunn; 07-24-2005 at 05:17 PM.

cept the last 1.....milk is for babies...when u grow up drink protein shakes....

Not too bad, but it depends on your stats/goals, etc as well. For example, 1tbslp. of Natty PB is only around 8g of fat...
