high fat diet with high amounts of cardio?
i heard somewhere that a good method of bulking up while staying lean is to take in a higher quantity of fat but doing an intense amount of cardio....
supposedly it will put muscle on you than using high amounts of carbs
like 45min/day 6 days a week of cardio
while ofcourse having an extremely high amount of protein intake
this sounds shady so i figured id ask about it before making any stupid experiments

I would be willing to bet thats not the case for everyone. Everyone has success with different methods. Experimenting is the only way to find out though what really works for you. Personally I like high amount of carbs 45%c/35%p/20%f diet and I've tried everything before I came to that conclusion.
