I'm Pissed!!! The "Cheat Weekend" that wasn't supposed to happen...
Hey whatsup guys?
I'm on a cut and I've been doing real well for the past month or so. I've been lifting, eating very well, and throwing in some cardio (not too much though), and with my supplements, I've really seen a lot of improvemnt.
When I cheat, I usually limit it to one day, two meals:
1.One "salty meal" (burgers, pizza, fries, etc). Saturday I had had Outback (burger, fries, wings, etc)
2.One "sugar meal". I had ice cream, cookies, and some pieces of candy.
Well, unfortunately, I had another sugar cheat last night, and I'm pissed :evil2: I hate overdoing my "cheating" and then feeling like all the work I put in is being pushed back.
I'm gonna lift like a goddamn demon tonight :evil2:
