    I'm Pissed!!! The "Cheat Weekend" that wasn't supposed to happen...

    Hey whatsup guys?

    I'm on a cut and I've been doing real well for the past month or so. I've been lifting, eating very well, and throwing in some cardio (not too much though), and with my supplements, I've really seen a lot of improvemnt.

    When I cheat, I usually limit it to one day, two meals:

    1.One "salty meal" (burgers, pizza, fries, etc). Saturday I had had Outback (burger, fries, wings, etc)
    2.One "sugar meal". I had ice cream, cookies, and some pieces of candy.

    Well, unfortunately, I had another sugar cheat last night, and I'm pissed I hate overdoing my "cheating" and then feeling like all the work I put in is being pushed back.

    I'm gonna lift like a goddamn demon tonight

    I'm sorry--hadta let it out. Feel free to drop some words of advice or anything. Thanks guys

    My adive would be don't sweat it at all...I Take and entire day...Sometimes two

    Bro, rocky road ice cream. and then i throw in some extra almonds and cashews to increase the crunch factor. add some fresh baked cookies.

    bro, i've ditched dates with girls and parties with the guys to ensure that i get that in for my cheat

    If you are a Giants fan from CT as well, don't worry you can cheat all week and lose BF while gaining LBM!!!

    don't worry about it bro we have all been there. Its hard to be so perfect all the time and one little slip up like that won't hurt your progress.
