SC I got a question on your 7 Days to Ultimate Leanness info

I was wondering how much training i should be doing to squeeze out the last bit of water (and glycogen?) Is it just one workout or several. Should i be using compound movements or more isolation movements.
Also i was going to use Vit C as my duiretic as it was reccomended to me by several people who have competed before (im doing a natty comp so this has an effect on supps i can use).
Diddnt really know where to post this.
    Any advice would be welcomed
    Cheers

Well i was reccomended to take 10-20g vit c over the day for the few days before the comp. Dosage depending on what effect it has on me. I was told it was a duiretic and whould draw out subcutaneous water but not water from the muscle.

The workouts and when they are done are listed in the protocol.

Never heard of Vit. C doing much myself, but I suppose you could try it.

yeah i was just wondering what your take would be on using free weights or machines? I can perform dropsets and fully exhaust the muscle easier using a machine. Im thinking of sticking more to cable pulldowns over weighted chins, machine presses etc.

Yeah, it's not a time to use free weights and things of that nature. Machines/cables are just fine.

Never heard of that myself bro.

Taraxatone and all over the OTC diuretics have this as a key ingredient.

hey im thinking about following swole cats 7 days to leaness too. only problem is i dont wana take in 5-10g sodium in the first 3 days, because i might screw up the diet and fail before i go on the cruise. would eating yams and fresh chicken only for 5 days + OTC duiretics give me a pretty noticable difference? i gotta look good for the ladies on the cruise

There is a point to the sodium loading. If you don't do that, your final product is no where as crisp/tight/dry.

Hence the reason it's imperative in the program.

I also gave Mertdog a response, and wrote him a p.m. as he claims that what I wrote is some "Cybergenics" program. He's so full of sh*t, his eyes are brown. I don't even know WTF "Cybergenics" is.

    Assclown.

Cybergenics.. Bwahahahahahahaha!!! That was some scam that came out in the early to mid 90's. You follow some shity diet and take all of their pills and in the matter of days to weeks you'll have a perfect body... hahahahahaha!!!!!

I have a feeling that is one of my numerous "haters" who signed up to talk smack.

There were a few @ T-Mag about 2 years ago who just loved to follow me around and talk shit.

    Great lives they lead huh?

Some people just don't have anything better to do bro. Sad to say, their lives are shitty so they find enjoyment in trying to discredit others. Hey Swole... check your pm's in a minute.

Im leaving for South Beach in 7 days, I wouldn't consider myself lean, im female and about 23% body fat. The article says it really isn't for someone who isn't lean already. What do you think? Is there something else I can do to shed 5-7 lbs in a week? Need to look good on the beach!

You can use oats instead of potatoes, yes.

Law, if you aren't very lean already, don't put yourself through all of the work.

Women run at a naturally higher bodyfat than men do, so if you have any kind of pic in which to judge your current state, that would be easier.

so oats could replace every potato serving?

does the boiling of the chicken make a huge difference? i hate the taste. if i have to i'll do it but a foreman grill won't work as well?

As long as it's fresh chicken breast and you cook it w/out adding any sodium to it, you can cook it any way you desire.

Dayum, lookin' very shredded in that pic!

Aside from Vit C, d-root, and b-6, the other alternatives are diazide or aldactone, but those should not be toyed with unless you really know what you are doing.

Very good point. Vitamin C used in large quantities will give you just about the worst diarrhea you have ever had. I drank a gallon of OJ and had diarrhea for two days. Good thing I was working in an emergency room at the time! One of the doctors there said many people use it to drop weight in a hurry due to the diarrhea.

and also when would be the best time to take the pics as last year i took them exactly after i woke up in the morning that means no food in the past 8 hours
