youd need to post the label.. i aim for around 40pro..80carbs and under 5gm of fat.
It's 35 pro, 60 carbs.
The grape ones taste GOOD!

I drink them on occasion. Not to bad.... I like the grape as well, but at times they upset my stomach.... just to damn sweet.
I would get one if the gym sells them and im not going home after my workout...Otherwise i think there a little to expensive to always use.
