    Diet, please critique

    I'm 6ft, 245lbs. Not sure on my bodyfat %'s, but it is low to medium. I need to cut up a little, I'm getting a little soft and I'm currently on a M1T/4ad cycle.


    7am:
    Six egg whites/one yolk
    3/4 cup of oatmeal, with natural peanut butter/pinch of brown sugar

    10:30am:
    MRP lean matrix

    12:30pm:
    6-8oz Chicken or some other lean protein
    1/2 cup brown rice

    4pm:
    MRP lean matrix

    6:30pm or around this time:
    Post workout shake, whey/dex

    8pm:
    6-8oz chicken or some other lean protein
    1/2 cup brown
    Veggies

    I se no efa's(except peanut butter and that isnt rich enough in omega 3) in that diet and you havent given us macros. Hard to say anything. Read the stickys and write a new plan.

    ohh yeah meal replacement products is pure shit. A whey/flax shake is way better.

    mass amino's with each meal
    I just didn't write them down.

    well we still need more info to say anything. IMO you eat to much carbs, you are combining fats and carbs ect. Im not trying to be a dick but it would help alot if you read the stickys, write a new diet(including macro's) so we here have something we can work on and give advice on. Right now I can give much advice at all

    i would also cut the carbs at night after the pwo shake...if anything i would just keep the vegies and eat the brown rice some time before the work out.
