Diet help for T3 PCT
I posted this in the wrong forum earlier, so, question is what type of macros do I need to have for the first few days following a 6 week T3 run? I read somewhere one should carb load after the T3 run for a few days before resuming low carb diet. Is this accurate? What is the rationale behind the carb load? If not what is the proper diet, stay on low carb??

t3 during pct? Aren't you going to loose a lot of muscle without using AAS simultaneously?

Same as Johan; I didn't make any serious adjustments to my diet at all....
I would suggest some T100-x though.

Well you should take in more carbs for a while because they help the thiroid to recover, and use caffeine to supress your appetite so you don't gain fat while your thyroid is bouncing back

isnt it kind of counter productive to eat more carbs after a t-3 cycle isnt that risking fat gain?(not that I usualy notice that either).

I wouldn't increase carbs, i would increase protein, if anything, and keep the rest the same.
