i usually have chicken with carrots as my lunch but i had to go to vitamin shoppe to get a protein drink cause i ran out of powder and my new shipment is due in two days and i saw this wolverine turkey jerkey there(i saw the advertisement in flex once but as usual with the advertisements in magazines i ignore them) the stuff is pretty good 5g of fat 7 g of carbs less then 1 from sugar and 39 g of protein had that wit sum carrots...a good lunch
