Pro+ Fat for breakfast on cardio days
if i do Cardio and abbs on saurdays but dont get to the gym till noon would it be est to just have a pro/fat meal for breakfast ?? or pro carb

What time do you wake up? At 12 noon, the day is half over, and 1 meal only up until that point ain't much.

usually try a minimum of 2 meals between cardio and weights, 95% of the time it's 3 meals.
you could easily get 2 pro/fat meals in between there.

That's not what he means.
He's not doing cardio a.m. then ABS ONLY at the gym as the "workout".
I read it like he was doing abs/cardio at the gym, but at noon.
Correct me if I am wrong Steve0.

I'm cutting and go pro/fat the entire day on cardio/ab days. (minimal carbs from fibrous veggies)

hey guys sorry it took me so long i was on vACATION WOOOO WAY TO MANY MILLER LIGHTS... now that it s time to get back in action i wake up at 7 or 8 am but with work in the way i cant get cardio in till 12 noon this is on my cardio days the meal would be
1- 9 egg whites 1/2 cup oats
2- 1 scoop on's whey with 1 tabl flax
then i would hit the cardio for 30 or 40 mins
