Strawberrys in a cutting diet or a nono ?
Are straberrys good in a cutting diet , if they are good where can they be placed.... pro / carb meal?
pro / fat ?
any ?

even tho it is a fruit...strawberries are actaully low in GI as far as i know...so they can be good for a pro/carb shake...not saying they are better than oats. but i dont think it would affect your cutting that much..

Yeah they are way low on the GI scale...They can be incorporated for sure.

I like 3-4 strawberries before and after I workout.
I usually take the tops off and just throw them in a blender with some Low-Fat Milk and 2 scoops of Strawberry or Vanilla Whey. If I'm feeling extra tired, I'll throw a banana in too.
Tastes damn good.

The only place i see them 'working' is in the first meal of the day.
While cutting...if your regime is not too strict ...sure. Still, if you reach a sticking point... dropping them...or replacing them with a high-water-yield citrus fruit like grapefruit would be ideal.

what is the GI scale and where can i find it at? SO im reading fruits arent a good thing to eat while trying to lose body fat and gain lean muscle?
