Some trouble with PPWO meal
Every meal during the day is fine for me. Im cutting at the moment and I need some help getting creative for PPWO. For some reason everytime i have my PPWO meal i want to cheat extremely bad but i dont. Im so sick of chicken and oatmeal for PPWO so is there any alternatives you guys can suggest?

Mexican Beef and Rice with black beans!!! Throw some hot sauce on that bad boy, you're all set.

PPWO you can get away with eating carbs with a little higher GI than normal. (ex. wheat bread, white rice, grits, etc.)

Grilled Tilapia or top sirloin....White Rice and black beans. mmmmmmmmmm
I marinate fish (tilapia, salmon, grouper and dolphin), chicken and steak over night, for full flavor.
