    Meal Preparation

How do you guys do it? How often you cook, how much, what foods ect... Just get some ideas out there.

I am a huge advocate of the grill. I usually grill every 3 days usually 2lbs x-lean ground beef (I make patties), 1lb NY strip steaks, and either chicken breast or sometimes ground turkey. Then usually a bag of mixed veggies or rice. Like I said I get about 3 days out of that stuff plus cooking e3d keeps everything tasting good and fresh.

I cook at a minimum 4 times a day. If I didn't have a GF grill I don't know how I'd manage the time. But I like to eat: burgers, chicken, chicken cordon bleu, all manner of fish, steak, eggs, sausage, venison, and I also make a huge amount of fantastic spaghetti sauce and keep it in the fridge so I can cook some spaghetti whenever. I also like chicken parmesan.

yeah bro, spag sauce with tons beef is bomb although I don't eat it that much. Venison is an interesting choice, I've never had, although I am from a rather rural part of jersey with ton's of deer so I'm sure it's only a matter of time. Lucky you got someone to cook for you, 4x daily meal preparation would be too much hastle for me.

I don't have anyone to cook for me, I live alone and do all my cooking, cleaning etc. but if I did well then oh buddy you can bet I'd have them cooking 6 times daily

Venison is the best! It tastes great, and is high in protein and low in fat. Very lean meat. Only problem is that it is very easy to overcook and then it's not so great

EDIT: oh i see what you meant. GF grill = george forman grill not my girlfriend grill
