Cheat day - Food
Hi rigth now im cutting today its my cheat day i will post what i ate so you guys tell me if it was a good cheat day or to much :S
Breakfast :
1/2 Cup oatmeal with milk ( i use water every day, since today is a cheat day i used milk)
6 egg whites with mushrooms
***1 pita pizza bread
1/2 cup non fat cottage cheese
1 can Tuna in water
1 tomato
1/2 tbsp olive oil
seasoning: pepper, garlic
2nd Meal
200g chicken breast
3 tbsp Natural peanut butter
3rd Meal
***Salad
Roman Lettuce
Mushrooms
light cheese
1/2 cup cottage cheese
Tomatoes
Broccoli
fat free mayo
0 carb 0 fat 0 cal Dressing( Waldens Farm )
100g Chicken Breast
4th meal
Any pro/carb meal any suggestions???
5th meal: PIZZA!
Regular pizza :D:D:D:D:D:D
Dessert
6th meal: Pro/fat
50g Whey protein with milk

wow... where's the taco bell?? I am so used to hearing everyone talk about all the taco bell they ate on their cheat day! That is an awfully good cheat day!

is it possible to get fat on your cheat day if u go all out through the day.....im cutting and planned on just one meal at a friends family bbq....the bbq meal wasnt much of a cheat chicken and salad and a some pasta for me...but then the cake came out and i had a piece went home..made a 2x cheese burger 7 timhortons cookies, and and a large pizza...today i dont even feel like eating anything

There's nothing wrong with using skim milk in your oatmeal. Forget the water.

2nd meal 200g chicken breast? Bro you have to eat at least 6 breast to make 200g. Are you eating that much?

actually in the package says 100g = 1 breast :s so im thinking 2 breast = 200g

The only way a chicken breast has 100g of protein in it, it would have to be the size of a pizza.

Here's my cheat meal not day......12 buffalo wings, 6 oysters, 3 mozarell sticks, and dairy queen blizzard.s...cheesequake and a brownie earthquake for 2 hrs later....
And that was last night.....today I went back to my lean diet, with no problems!!!Did 65 min of cardio, burned 902 calories (intense) and 30 min weights
