    Cutting Up Diet

    Hey guys this is the diet that I been going with, I got it from Rambo's cutting sticky. been on it for more than a month, been noticing more cuts..

    Im also on:
    Test E - 500 mg week
    Winny - 50 mg every day
    LiquiDex - .5mg every day (got it from AR-R )

    PCT - Clomid

    Supplements:
    GNC Mega Men
    Vitamin b12
    Flax Seed
    Cod Liver Oil


    Breakfast 8 am
    Egg Whites - 50 Cals - 10 Grams Protein
    OatMeal - 100 Cals - 4 Grams Protein

    Protein Intake (PWO Meal) 12 pm
    Protein Shake - 210 Cals - 50 Grams Protein

    Lunch - 2 pm
    Salad - 30 cals - 1 gram protein
    Tuna - 90 cals - more than 16 grams protein
    Mayo - 15 cals

    Protein Intake - 5 pm
    Protein Shake - 210 Cals - 50 Grams protein

    Dinner - 7pm
    Salad - 30 Cals - 1 gram protein
    Turkey Breast - 50 cals - 12 grams protein
    Mojo Marinating Sauce - 10 Cals
    Talapia Filet - 181 Cals - 41 grams protein
    Brown Rice .5 cup - 300 cals - more than 3 grams of protein
    Soy Bean Meatless Ground Beef - 60 cals - more than 13 grams of protein

    Total Protein - More Than 201 Grams I would estimate it at 210, sorry not to technical

    Total Cals - 1336 Calories

    I am 6 Foot weigin in at 210 pounds. What do you guys think of this Diet?

    up the protein, ur suppose to take in around 1.5 grams of protein per pound of body weight is a general rule of thumb. 1 gram per pound of body weight is fine especially if ur trying to cut up.. i weigh 210, and im gettin 210 grams of protein? whats there to up? please do ur research by reading Rambos cutting sticky before posting comments on dieting.

    You obviously didn't read the sticky very well. Where's the PWO carbs?

    Eating that few calories will leave you with no muscle whatsoever.

    Looks like a starvation diet to me....I'm around your size and eat 2,500 cals a day when cutting. I realize that you are using Test and there shouldn't be a problem, but I would up the cals. And don't post total cals post macro amounts (50g Protein, 100g Carb etc...) That'll give people a much better idea.
