Do you count the fiber ?

Do you guys count the fiber toward the total carb intake ? :scratch:

fiber carbs are included on the nutritonal guide, but they dont actually count as carbs, so subtract them from the carbs listed...

theoreticaly fibers contains kcal(8kilojoule and thats like 2kcal I recon) though but practicaly no one counts them into either carb or kcal ammount.

funny that fibers are incluced in the carb count over there. All swedish products strictly separates them on the labels.
