    Question MY DIET................ please critique!!!!!

    alright, I look forward to seeing what you have for me... this is a cutting diet
    I do cardio 5 times a week for 45 minutes and lift 5x/week too
    starting at 175, trying to just lose about 10 lbs of fat before going to australia


    Meal 1 - 9 AM
    carton of eggwhites
    3/4 cup oatmeal

    50 P
    20 C

    Meal 2 - 12 PM
    Lean Protein
    Cheese or Miracle whip

    50 P
    15 F

    Meal 3 - 3 PM
    Same as 2
    50 P
    15 F

    Workout


    PWO Shake - 5:30 PM

    40 P
    80 C

    PPWO Meal - 6:15 PM
    2 cans tuna
    1/2 cup white rice

    50 P
    20 C

    Meal 4 - 9 PM
    Same as 2

    50 P
    15 F

    Meal 5 - 12 AM
    Shake before Bed

    60 P
    1 EFA pill



    350 P 140 C 50 F

    2450 calories


    I'm 6'1" 170 lbs now, and the top abs are visibile, so I'd say 12% bf

    I've lost soo much weight in the past, and I seem to have MAJOR love handles (my back just goes straight down), anyone have any cure?

    I was assuming that was this "cardio" that he speaks of. No listing of morning cardio... Could be my mistake though.

    yeah, sorry... I don't have time to do morning cardio due to work/school so I have to unfortunately combine the two
