Variation in meals/food?
is it important to change up what you eat or as long as ur gettin in the rite amount of calories/protein...and what not you are ok??? for example i eat a lot of yogurt, oatmeal, chicken, peanut butter, ground chuck...and i'm on a bulking diet. commens and/or suggestions would be appreciated.

I think it's important to get different sources of your primary Amino Acids, but if you know what works for you stick too it for a few weeks before any drastic changes.
I feel ya' though..I pretty much eat the same shit day in and day out between Shakes, Oats, Low Fat Milk, Chicken and leafy greens. Sometimes I'll throw in some Lean Ground Beef or add in a Steak before bed just to treat myself.
The price we pay to look pretty eh?

yup, unfortunately things cost $$$, wouldnt it be nice if money wasnt a factor
