    protein foods???

I am starting IGF-1LR3 Monday and need to intake 500-600 grams of protein. I only want to do 3 shakes at 40 grams each tot****g 120g. I need to eat the rest but having a hard time putting together a good 4 week plan. What is the absolute best (quickest and easiest to make) foods for protein? I know beef, chicken and tuna which I allready eat alot of but need some more. I usually eat a whole 18oz jar of PB a day which yields 128grams of protein plus 3200 calories. So what is everyone else eating for protein?

That has got to give you mud-butt galore.

I'd never eat that much PB in a day, not even close. Look for better sources
    of clean/lean protein.

My favorites include extra-lean ground beef, steak, tuna, marinated chicken breast, nuts and seeds. I prefer whole nuts to nut butters. Make sure you are getting enough fiber with all this meat you're gonna be eating.
