    Lean muscle gain

I need your help about my diet.
The problem is I can't gain lean muscle.
For the moment I'm eating 2300 cal and I'm losing fat but do not gain muscle. When I increase the calories (2600 cal) I become fatter.

Can it help when I only count the proteins and carbs. In this case what amounts should I consume?

I highly doubt increasing your calories by 300 is making you fat. That is probably all in your head.

If you want a good lean mass diet, check out the bulking sticky at the top of this forum or use the link in my sig. Then create your own diet, lay it out in here, and we will critique it for you.

That would be your best bet
