    Cutting prefrences sets/reps/weight

    What combination of sets/reps do you go for when cutting? High reps, more sets, lower weights? Or Low reps, 3-4 sets, heavier weights?

    I go with heavy weight for less reps.... it's better to keep strain on the muscles if you want to maintain their size while cutting bodyfat IMO.

    I go heavy weight low reps on my main lifts and moderate weight a bit higher reps but keep 'em slow and forced with my secondary reps. But again we're all different and what works for some don't wotk for everyone.
