my diet <> please critique?
Whats up guys just looking for a quick review of my cutting diet....
My goals are to reduce body fat...
5'11
162lbs
caliper sayz 20mm i think thats like 18 0r 20% BF rite??
3:45 AM
5g of glut
4:00 AM
Cardio @ 65%-75% for 45 mins on empty tank
5:30 AM
8 eggs whites
1/4 cup almonds
9:00 AM
6oz of 10% fat ground beef
2 slice fat free cheese
hot sauce
1 cup green beans
12:00 PM
8oz chicken
1 cup green beans
1/4 cup almonds
3:PM
Same as meal #2
6:00 PM
40g dex
24g whey
6:30 PM
workout
7:30 PM
40g whey
80g dex
8:30 PM
8oz chicken
1 cup white rice
10:30 PM
1 cup cottage cheese
1 tbsp olive oil
Drinking over a gallon of water a day...on my off days i have 1/2 cup of oats in the morning...

Diet looks good. however, i would remove the dex from the 6:00 up the protein and add a tbsp of flax, switch the beef burger to tuna and mayo, and switch white rice to brown. it still looks pretty good though. and why do u wake up at 3:45 a.m. thats nutz

yes i know it is nuts...i have work @ 6 AM thats why...remove the dex no good huh i feel it gives me a good boost b4 i lift..and the burgers no good huh i love beef it only has 8g fat per 3oz no good still huh?

i just added it up comes to like 90grams a day doesnt that seem kinda high for a cutting diet??

he has a pre workout shake w/ dex and a pwo shake with dex. do you recommend having 2 shakes with dex?

90 grams is a little on the high side for me. i'm sure some people can cut w/ 90 fat grams but i wouldn't. lower it to 50-65 IMO.

Stick with the white rice as for its glycemic index is through the roof. very good simple carbs easy to burn wont get stored. add up your total calories and keep your fat around 20% of the total calories, you should be fine. and remember try to stay away from saturated fat because your body has a hard time breaking down naturally.

you are taking 5000iu's Vitamin e?
why so high? - i'm no expert on this, just wandered what the benefits were for such a high dose?
i'm only takin 400iu's

craig titus only takes 800Iu's
