Cutter Diet
been doing this for about 3-4 weeks so far with morn cardio 60min ed at 65-75% and on off days another 40 mins when i would go to the gym. My plan is to just get down to 10% or so..to see some good definition..im prob 15- 20% by just lookin at me. Im 18 and have a turtle of a metabolism. Supps i use are 5g glutmanie before cardio and 5g after workout ECA e=25mg c=200mg a=80mg 3 times a day currently im 185 right now comming down from 195-200 while weighed when i was on creatine
ECA 60 mins morn cardio
couple glasses of green tea
meal 1:30 mins after cardio shake and flax (50g protein 14g fat)
meal 2:2 cans of tuna and 1tbs full fat mayo,2cups green beans(60g pro, 11g fat)
meal 3:8oz trimmed steak, or 1 cup strained ground beef, or 2 salmon fillets, green beans(50g pro 15g fat)im guessing
meal 4: PWO shake (50g prot 80-100g dex/carbs)
meal 5: chicken breast, 1/4 oats (50g prot, 25g carbs)
meal 6: 1cup cottage cheese 2 tbs natty pb (30-40g pro, 16g fat)
on non workout days i just add some flax instead of the dextose to make it a pro/fat shake and add some cheese with the chicken breast or have a different meat source like a porkchop or steak. On rest days i keep my carbs near 0
pro=300g carbs=130 fat=56
Will this work for what i want to achieve and/or what do i need to tweakLast edited by mitch911; 08-03-2005 at 03:05 PM.

Axe the oats for yams or brown rice IMO.
Also... I don't like dairy when cutting....even if it is cottage cheese.
Thick whey shake with flax oil works just as good IMO.

bro, the carbs are really very very low, IMO I would increase your number of pro/carb meals earlier in the day.

i agree with the carbs being low...but i like the idea of pro/fat after cardio and running a sort of atkins style diet....Like wont my body be running in ketosis and using fat as the primary source of energy. its pretty much the exact same macro's as the cutting diet sample and the sample is 200lbs im only 180 so im wondering if anything needs to be lowered?

I personally think brown rice tastes better. To each their own.
