Hungry ALLLL the TIME!!
Heys guys wats up ive been taking in around 2800 cals a day to matain my body weight and am ALWAYS hungry like i will eat and 10 mins later i will b hungry again,i eat alot of veggies and drink water all day but i still am hungry....Now i wanna start to cut and im supose to drop my cal intake 500 below my matanince now how am i goin to do this if im hungry all the time taking in 2800 cals

2800 cals is maintenance?......how much do you weigh? 120lbs?

but it said to drop my cals 500 below to loss 1 lb per week but i dunno how ima do that of im hungry all the time @ 2800 cals

other than taking in food that is high in fiber which tends to make you feel full.. i would say add a supplement that cuts back your hunger if its really that bad of a problem..plain ephedra could help

yea,but i wanna cut and i have to lower them 500 below main how am i gonna do that if im hungry all the time on 2800 kals a day???is there anything i can take???

3 words: DRINK MORE WATER!
I can guarantee if you're drinking over 2 gallons a day, you won't be nearly as hungry.

i drink about a gallon and a half a day...ill bump it up to 2 gallons and see if that works thx

i'm cutting for competition...started at 200..going to 170.
My maintenance at 170 is 2040...
How're you possibly hungry ingesting 2800?
Post-up your meal structures.
The first thing that comes to mind is that you should probably manipulate your carbs and fats.
I tend to be hungrier when cutting when my fat intake is low...and my carb intake high.
Put up your daily meals and we'll critique.
