IMO it really doesn't matter unless you are very lean and looking to cut further. I usually get concentrate
aggre with leanmeout only use isolate if the little fat and carbs in concetrate is hindering fat loss or if you are lactose intolerante(if concentrate make you bloated and gasy try to switch to isolate many are lactose intolerante without knowing it).
I use isolate myself no matter what time of year.

I like isolate myself, only get concentrate when I'm broke. Concentrate makes some people pretty gassy cause there's more lactose in it. Not a good choice if your lactose intolerant, and not nice for the people around you iether :wg:
with the quantites of whey I consume isolate would be a impossible chooise. I down close to 1ib/day.
