    eating boild shrimp while cutting

    anyone throw down some Shrimp or any other seafood in ur diet while cutting ?? lately i been haveing a few with my chicken just for something diffrent

    I see no problem with that as long as macros are ok. Seafood is always excelent food

    cut an onion into slices, 3 cloves fresh garlic, 1 TBS Cummin (some green spice), a little red peppers, sliced fresh Ginger and of course the shrimp (1.5 lbs)
    throw all together with water and boil it.

    I stay away from shellfish myself. My Dad and a few friends got really bad allergic reactions lately from shrimp, and it's weird because it had never happened to any of them before. I don't wanna take that chance.

    simmer olive oil and garlic till slightly brown, add the raw shrimp, add ketchup, yes ketchup, stir and cook, add some hot pepper, its so amazing and simpl, trust me, does not taste like catchup, try it! even pour it on some pasta

    did u try using tomato paste instead of ketchup since i cant find sugar-free ketchup here???

    i find grilling shrimp much better

    i cant stand when its all watery
