    i need diet help

    My daily diet usually consists of this...

    Breakfast: 10 egg whites with sliced up turkey breast and FF cheese, slice of WW toast with PB

    40 g protein shake

    Lunch: Chicken breast/can of Tuna w/ weggie and a carb (rice, potatoe)

    40g Protein shake

    Dinner: Large spinach salad with chicken breat

    40 g Protein shake.

    Im 5'9" 165 lbs 6-8% BF...Im trying to add about 10-15 lbs of lean mass but I also want to see more muscle definition please Help me out!!

    read the bulking stickies... you won't gain ANYTHING with your diet.

    well i checked out the gain lean muscle mass and they are pretty equivalent diets.

    i disagree bro

    1. from your diet you are only getting 120g of protein a day, and you weight 165lbs - thats your first problem.

    2. your carb intake is not correct, where is your PWO, PPWO?

    3. you should incorporate some EFA's


    ....just read the bulking sticky as posted above.

    eat more solid food instead of so many shakes, and up the protein, i can eat a whole chicken breast, you should be going for 2

    Well, I suggest you READ it instead of just checking it out, because they are NO WHERE near the same.

    Not even remotely close.
