    Nutritional value of Chipotle?

Just wondering if anyone likes to eat Chipotle when trying to put on some mass.

My typical order has been 2 burritos with the following ingredients:

    Double Grilled Chicken
    Onions/Peppers
    Black beans
    Rice

On the surface, this seems to be very nutritious, but I wanted to get some feedback before I incorporate it into my diet regimen.

i'd worry about the rice more than the chipolte, but i'm sure you know what works for u. as for the chipolte it should be fine as long as its not to thick cuz that usually means MAYO.

Oh, I meant Chipotle the burrito restaurant Not a sauce with mayo in it, or any of that garbage.

I don't get any sauces on it...Just a bunch of chicken breast, onion and pepper, black beans, and rice.

So it is a clean source of complex carbs as well as protein, little to no fat.
