can your body have an immunity to protein if you use the same brand all the time....for example if i use ON protein for years and nothing else would it be good to switch it up or does it matter?

the only thing u need to change over the years is ur protein intake and/or calorie intake not protein brand since u will be adding new muscle...

Your body does not develope immunities to protein. It does not work that way. The AMOUNT of protein is more important than what TYPE.
