are you cutting? do you eat sugar?
just curious, how many of you will have any sugar throughout the day if you are cutting...this does NOT include PWO.
I NEVER have sugar while I cut, (currently am) but sometimes i REALLY crave it...anyone have any suggestions...
I sometimes have some sweet n' low in my sugar in the morning but i really dont enjoy the taste of it.

Jello makes a sugar free pudding that's really good... there are more calories though then regular jello because you use skim milk to make it (also some sugar from the milk) but it isn't bad when you need a fix.

Splenda is actually derived from sugar...engineered so it doesn't have calories except in MASSIVE doses...it's not considered an artifical sweetner beacuse it's derived from a sugar molecule.
